ALERT: House to Vote on Constitutional Carry
Senate Bill 215 for Constitutional Carry has passed out of committee and is now headed to the House floor for a vote.
If it clears the House, it would then go back to the Senate floor for a Concurrence vote, then on to the Governor for his signature.
Contact your Representative NOW and urge them to vote in support of this bill.
Ohio and 33 other states already allow open carry without a license. Plus 21 states allow concealed carry without a license. So permitless or “license optional” carry is a proven concept.
No one should have to ask for permission from the government to defend themselves or to exercise a Constitutional right.
