Another Buckeye State firing range opening soon
By Ken Hanson
In yet another indication of the widespread success of Ohio’s Concealed Carry Law, The Vandalia Range and Armory will be open for business by the end of January, 2006.
For the second time in three months, a new range is being opened in the greater Dayton area. Located at 100 Corporate Center Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377, the range is a brand new, modern shooting facility.
Tenatively set to open January 25, the range features a 6,000 square foot retail/classroom facility in addition to a 10 lane range. The range features a modern Caswell/Detroit Armor Meggitt Defense setup, meaning that all lanes have computer controlled target holders, individual lane lighting for low-light practice, and a state of the art, environmentally friendly backstop. The range also boasts the most modern of ventilation systems and is fully climate controlled.
VRA is open to the public, and has rental guns available for use. Memberships are offered to allow individuals discounts on range time and gear. VRA also offers a range of training classes taught by NRA certified instructors.
Buckeye Firearms wishes the best to VRA and urge shooters to stop by while in the area. Tell them Buckeye Firearms sent you!
For further information, contact the range at 937-387-0485, via email at [email protected], or visit the website at www.vra-ohio.com.
