Buckeye Firearms Association leader Sean Maloney honored by Ohio House of Representatives
Sean Maloney, member of the leadership team with Buckeye Firearms Association, was recently presented the NRA-ILA's "Jay M. Littlefield Volunteer of the Year Award" at the National Rifle Association's Board of Directors meeting held in Arlington, VA. Sean was further honored Wednesday, Nov. 16 in the Ohio Statehouse, when presented House Resolution No. 197 by Representatives Conditt, Combs, Derickson and Maag during the House session.
Maloney, an attorney from West Chester, OH has been a tireless defender of our Second Amendment rights. He is the NRA-ILA Election Volunteer Coordinator for the the 8th Congressional District, an NRA certified instructor instructing Ohio concealed carry, past manager of several pro-gun candidate campaigns, and a leader with Buckeye Firearms Association.
On hand to witness the House presentation to Maloney were Buckeye Firearms Association Chairman Jim Irvine, Central OH Chair and NRA Board of Directors member Linda Walker, and NRA-ILA state liaison John Hohenwarter, along with Sean's wife Debbie and daughter Keely.
The supporters and leadership team of Buckeye Firearms Association would once again like to congratulate and thank Sean Maloney for his ongoing dedication to fighting for our Second Amendment Rights!

A RESOLUTION
Representatives Conditt, Combs, Derickson, Maag
Honoring Sean Maloney as the 2010 NRA-ILA Jay M. Littlefield Volunteer of the Year.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Sean Maloney on receiving the 2010 National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action Jay M. Littlefield Volunteer of the Year Award; and
WHEREAS, Bestowed to individuals who devote themselves to the preservation of the Second Amendment, advocacy and volunteerism, and service to the National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action, this prestigious accolade is a fitting tribute to Sean Maloney. An NRA-ILC election volunteer coordinator for Ohio's Eighth Congressional district, he is an attorney with a focus on Second Amendment rights and a member of the leadership team of the Buckeye Firearms Association; and
WHEREAS, Sean Maloney has combined concern and dedication with selfless initiative to become a dynamic member of his community. His success is an excellent reflection on him and his family, and he has distinguished himself as a conscientious and responsible Ohioan; and
WHEREAS, Willingly giving of his time, energy, and abilities, Sean Maloney has striven to better the world around him and has earned the respect and esteem of many. We are certain that in the years to come, he will continue to display the same commitment to excellence for which he has become known, and he is truly deserving of praise; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Sean Maloney on receiving the 2010 NRA-ILA Jay M. Littlefield Volunteer of the Year Award and salute him as one of Ohio's finest citizens; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Sean Maloney.
