Buckeye State's anti-gun puppetmaster pulls strings in debate at The City Club of Cleveland
by Chad D. Baus
Early last month, Ohioans For Concealed Carry's Jeff Garvas and Ohio Coalition Against Gun Violence's Toby Hoover were invited by The City Club Of Cleveland to debate on the issue of speak about each side of the issue of gun control and the Second Amendment.
According to their website, The City Club's Friday Forums are radio broadcast to listeners in more than 40 states.
The debate format consisted of a ten minute introduction by each panelist, followed by a few questions from the moderator. The majority of the questions were presented by the audience.
By all accounts, Garvas did an excellent job of representing the pro-Second Amendment rights point of view as he faced a wide range of questions on questions on Second Amendment and gun control issues.
One question posed to Garvas that has received a good deal of attention was posed by a woman who identified herself as Rosetta Craig. What Craig failed to mention when she invited Garvas to attend a wake for a victim of gun violence with her was that she is in fact a member of the OCAGV board of directors - in other words, a plant by Toby Hoover, who has been previously identified on this website as The Buckeye State's Anti-Gun Puppetmaster.
Not all of the audience members who asked questions identified themselves, so it is impossible to know how many other of them were Hoover puppets. But no matter how much Hoover tries to stack the deck in her favor, Garvas aptly showed that the truth is on the side pro-gun rights activists.
