''Deputies at scene can’t prevent slaying'': Only YOU can protect you
One of the popular myths offered up by gun control advocates is that the police will protect us, so we need not make preparations to protect ourselves.
But a horrible incident in Tiffin proves that the Ohio Constitution's framers recognized our right to bear arms for defense and security for a reason: only YOU can protect you.

TIFFIN - Despite the presence of two sheriff’s deputies at a woman’s house west of here, her husband burst in and shot another man to death, authorities said yesterday.
Bill A. Martin, 20, of Seneca Township was shot "multiple" times Monday night at the home of Jodie Magers on U.S. 224 in Hopewell Township, just west of Tiffin, Seneca County Sheriff Tom Steyer said. At the time of the shooting, the officers were in another part of the house.
"Considering the facts, I don’t think they could have done anything to stop it," Sheriff Steyer said.
