Headline: "Grand Jury - No Indictment For Man Claiming Self Defense"

WCMH, Columbus' NBC affiliate, is reporting that a Franklin County grand jury looked at the facts from an October 9, 2011 killing of a man who was breaking into a car and decided Wednesday not to indict the neighbor who fired the shot.

From the article:

"The laws have worked for him and he's been acquitted, so we are thrilled about the outcome of this case," said Linda Walker, spokesperson for Buckeye Firearms Association.
