Letter to the Editor: Concealed-carry would halt many criminals

Last week, a woman was raped and robbed in a restroom Downtown in the middle of the day.
I will get straight to the point: When will our elected officials quit dragging their feet and provide a law that says the concealed carry of handguns in Ohio is legal? Do women now have to find someone to go the restroom with them to ensure their safety?
Not all women would choose to carry, but as a rape victim, I personally have been waiting 15 years for the General Assembly to wake up. My hands are trembling just writing this letter. Do something about this!
