2020 Buckeye Bash Cancelled
We regret to announce that we've CANCELLED the 2020 Buckeye Bash.
When we were forced to postpone the Bash earlier this year due to the COVID-19 statewide shutdown, we had hoped we could find a way to reschedule.
However, given the circumstances, we think it's best to just cancel, store the prizes and auction items for next year, and hold the event when everyone is ready to pack into a room and enjoy themselves again.
In order to hold the event in the next few weeks, we'd have to space our tables far apart, strictly limit the number of guests, and find a way to run our many raffles and games while keeping people 6 feet apart, which would be difficult if not impossible.
Plus with so many people still concerned about being inside with hundreds of other people, we don't want to hold an event of this kind unless everyone is relaxed and having a good time.
That's the point, after all. To get hundreds of our fellow Second Amendment supporters all together to fellowship and enjoy each other's company.
But the Bash will be back next year at the Villa Milano. So mark your calendar for April 10, 2021.
If you bought tickets and want a refund, let us know. But if you want to help support the Foundation during these difficult economic times, we'll be happy to consider your ticket purchase a donation.
This is a major fundraiser for our Foundation. And cancelling the event will reduce the funds availble for its many programs. If you didn't buy tickets but still want to support the Foundation, click here to make a tax-deductible donation.
