Why do some banks disarm customers who wish to patronize their business?

WDTN.com (NBC 2 Dayton) is reporting on rash of ATM robberies in the Dayton area.

The most recent hold-up happened Sunday in the Oregon District.

WDTN says this was the third incident in the area since Thursday.
