Another tragic death in a public park

Lost in the excitement over passage of SB184 (which will, among other things, allow CHL-holders to keep their Constitutional right to bear arms for self-defense while visiting a bathroom in a public park) was tragic news that a woman who was recently attacked in the Cleveland MetroParks' West Creek Reservation by a recently-released convict and beaten in the head with a 15-20 pound rock, had succumbed to her injuries.
According to a story on the WTAM 1100 AM, 52-year-old Chevonne Ecclestone passed away May 28 at the MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.
What one reader of BuckeyeFirearms.org found ironic was the one-sided Associated Press article on House passage of Ohio's Castle Doctrine legislation that was posted the following day on the same news website.
In light of these stories, it's worth asking once again:
