OFCC/ PAC represented at Niehaus Fundraiser in Senate District 14
By Rick Jones, OFCC Senate District 14 Coordinator
A fundraiser was held at the Ye Olde Lantern Restaurant at Second and Court Streets in Portsmouth on October 19th for Rep. Tom Niehaus. Rep. Niehaus, a 2004 OFCC PAC endorsee, was the winner of the Republican primaries held earlier this year and is hoping to fill the seat of Ohio Senate Dist. 14, which is being vacated by term-limited Ohio Senate President Doug White.

The event was scheduled to being at 5:00 PM and end at 7:00 PM but, with the friendly demeanor of Rep. Niehaus, it started a bit earlier and lasted longer than scheduled.
There were more than 100 people that came and showed support with their enthusiasm, time, activities, and monetary efforts. Everyday-people from every walk of life were there to show their support.
One of those groups that has donated all of the preceding was the Ohioans For Concealed Carry Political Action Committee which was being represented by Rick Jones, the Ohioans For Concealed Carry Ohio Senate District 14 Coordinator (see photo).
Rep. Niehaus has shown a great deal of support for the new Ohio concealed carry law and hopes to be active in changes that need made in the next legislative session. Voters should elect him the next Senator in District 14.
