On Wednesday, March 2, 2022, the Ohio House voted 58-36 to pass Senate Bill 215, sponsored by Sen. Terry Johnson. If signed into law, this bill makes it legal in Ohio to carry a concealed handgun with or without a license. About an hour later, the Senate concurred with a vote of 24-9.
